What we collect

We collect your email address when you request the Root Work guide or join our email list. If you become a member, we also collect your name and email to run your account. Payments are handled by Stripe, and your card details go directly to them. We never see or store your full card number.

We don't collect health information. You never need to share a diagnosis or medical history to be here.

How we use it

Your email address is used to send you the guide, updates, and letters from us. We use Kit as our email service provider, so when you subscribe, your address is stored with Kit under their platform terms. We don't sell your information, and we never will.

Cookies

This site keeps cookies to a minimum. If you join the membership, a session cookie keeps you signed in. The site may also set a small browser flag to remember things like a popup you've already dismissed. There are no advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking cookies.

Third parties

A few companies help us run things, and each handles data under its own privacy policy:

• Stripe processes payments.
• Kit delivers our email.
• Cloudflare hosts the site.
• Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts serve our typefaces, so your browser requests font files from their servers when a page loads.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email we send. You can also ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing kristicreatesofficial@gmail.com. We'll honor those requests.

We may update this policy from time to time, and we'll post the current version here.
