What this is

Soma Dance Method is an online movement education program. It includes video classes, written guides, and live sessions that teach gentle, named movements and flows. Everything on this site and inside the program is offered for educational purposes.

This is not medical care

Nothing on this site or inside the program is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Kristilee is a dance educator, and she is not a licensed healthcare provider. Joining the program does not create a provider and patient relationship. Please keep working with your own care team, and talk with them before starting any new movement practice, especially if you live with a chronic condition.

Moving safely

You know your body better than anyone, and you are the one in charge of your practice. Physical movement carries some risk, even gentle movement, and by participating you accept that risk. Work within your limits, modify freely, and stop if something hurts or your symptoms flare. If anything feels wrong, rest and check in with your healthcare provider.

Your membership

Your membership is for your personal use. Please keep your login to yourself and the people in your household. We may suspend accounts that are shared or misused.

Our content

The videos, guides, movement vocabulary, and written materials in Soma Dance Method belong to us, and they're here for your personal practice. Please don't copy, repost, resell, or redistribute them. If you'd like to share the method with someone, send them our way. We'd love to have them.

Payments and cancellation

Membership payments are processed securely. You can cancel your membership at any time, and you keep access through the period you already paid for.

Liability

The site and program are provided as they are, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, Soma Dance Method is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of the site or your participation in the program. Some places don't allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as the program grows. If you keep using the site after an update, that counts as accepting the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
